Attendance Zone
The boundary for Elementary 16 will include the northern part of the existing Shannon elementary zone, from Highway 30 on the north side, State Highway 276 as its southern border, Rochelle Road as its western boarder and the district boundary as its eastern border.

Policies and Handbooks
Rockwall ISD annually publishes a Student Code of Conduct Handbook, which highlights the rules and policies for all campuses and school activities.
