100 Days of Growing Gators

Garcia Gators celebrated the 100th day of school! Students dressed as centenarians and had fun learning activities throughout the day. We are proud of our Gator's hard work and all the growth they have shown in our 100 days of learning.

Garcia Book Fair

Come see us at the Book Fair and find some new books to enjoy this spring!

4th Grade Science

Recently our 4th grade Science classes took part in hands on learning with stream tables. They discovered how water can cause weathering, erosion, and deposition. Great job, 4th grade Scientists!

Teacher and Paraprofessional of the Year

Congratulations to Mrs. Katie Nickles, teacher of the year, and Ms. Lillian Wood, paraprofessional of the year!

Garcia is so proud for them to represent our school. We are thankful for the hard work all of our teachers put in each day to help grow our Gators!

Winter Reading Challenge

Over the winter break over 40 Garcia Gators completed the Winter Reading Challenge! Students who participated received a reward from the library. We love reading and we are so proud of our Gators!

Holiday Door Contest!

The PTO helped decorate all of our classroom doors for the holidays! The Fate PD and EMS were kind enough to come and judge the doors and then celebrate with the winners at an ice cream party. We love and appreciate our community and the support they give us at Garcia! Happy Holidays, Gators!
